I met Susan back in 2015 when she sold us a house. It was a difficult transaction. However, through her perseverance, she made it happen. Fast forward to 2021; I need to sell that house and find something more manageable for me and my boys in a good school system.

I hired Susan to sell the house and find us a new home. She came in and cleaned the house cut my grass and got it ready for sale. She did not miss a beat. Once we were in contract we started looking for a condo. Since this was a difficult transition again Susan had to keep all the parts moving. Susan start making cold calls and finally found us a place which was just perfect.

Susan is a great realtor who knows how to push forward and protects her clients. She is professional and will not stand for nonsense. She will go the extra mile for her clients. I highly recommend Susan with 5+ stars.

After not using an agent for the purchase of our first home, we were determined not to use one for our second, but after meeting Susan and seeing all of the knowledge and help she could offer, we quickly changed our minds. At the beginning of our search, we didn't know exactly what we were looking for, so we requested to see multiple houses in different counties over the span of a few months. Even though none of those houses worked out and we felt badly for dragging Susan along, she reassured us that she didn't mind, and that she enjoyed spending her time trying to find us the perfect house, which we greatly appreciated. Unlike a lot of agents we have shortly dealt with in the past, we can say that Susan is unlike the rest - she is devoted to helping her clients find their dream home and will stop at nothing in order to make sure her clients are happy.
