After not using an agent for the purchase of our first home, we were determined not to use one for our second, but after meeting Susan and seeing all of the knowledge and help she could offer, we quickly changed our minds. At the beginning of our search, we didn't know exactly what we were looking for, so we requested to see multiple houses in different counties over the span of a few months. Even though none of those houses worked out and we felt badly for dragging Susan along, she reassured us that she didn't mind, and that she enjoyed spending her time trying to find us the perfect house, which we greatly appreciated. Unlike a lot of agents we have shortly dealt with in the past, we can say that Susan is unlike the rest - she is devoted to helping her clients find their dream home and will stop at nothing in order to make sure her clients are happy. We recently closed on our second home and are grateful for Susan because we truly believe we wouldn't have gotten the house if it weren't for her.
